Appointments

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, "convenient-care" appointments are available at no additional cost. A "convenient-care appointment" means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is finished, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

Discounts

We offer a discount to seniors (over 65 yrs old), police officers, firefighters, and ambulance workers with each routine and ill/injured visit. 

Safety

For the safety of all pets in our facility, we require that all core vaccinations and all tests for contagious diseases be up to date with pets that are left in the hospital even for a short period of time.  Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet.  For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a short leash or in a carrier and properly controlled while in the reception area and exam rooms.  Please keep flexi-leads locked in the short position.  All cats should be in a secure carrier or on a leash.

Privacy

We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses.  No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us or our web site hosting company at www.evetsites.com.

Payments

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.  Coming soon we will be able to accept CareCredit.
